We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with more than 5 years of experience in the UAE. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of UAE government departments, visa and immigration procedures, document renewals, company services, and UAE laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete UAE visa process from beginning to end, including entry permits, status changes, medical tests, Emirates ID, visa stamping, renewals, and cancellations.
Process all types of employment and residence visas and related immigration services.
Manage all government document renewals, including trade licenses, establishment cards, labour cards, immigration files, Emirates ID, visas, and other company documents.
Liaise with all relevant UAE government departments and authorities, including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, TAMM, Abu Dhabi Government departments, municipalities, Chamber of Commerce, and other concerned authorities.
Handle labour and immigration transactions, approvals, applications, amendments, and cancellations.
Maintain complete knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration laws, company regulations, and government rules and procedures.
Handle document attestation, legal translation, and submission of required documents.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure all company and employee documents are renewed on time.
Follow up on government applications and resolve issues or delays efficiently.
Maintain proper records of all company, employee, visa, and government-related documents.
Ensure the company remains fully compliant with UAE laws and government requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of proven UAE experience as a PRO.
Strong knowledge of all major UAE government departments and their procedures.
Complete knowledge of the visa process from initial application until final stamping and cancellation.
Experience in all types of document renewals and government approvals.
Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, Immigration Law, company regulations, and legal requirements.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple government transactions.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
