Description : Job Summary The PRO is responsible for managing government-related transactions, company documentation, visa and labour-related processes, and coordination with UAE government authorities. The role ensures that all government formalities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines. Key Responsibilities Handle company and employee-related government transactions with relevant UAE authorities. Process employment visas, work permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and related documentation. Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Emirates ID, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, and other relevant authorities. Manage new employee visa and labour card/work permit applications. Process employee visa cancellations, status changes, and amendments. Assist with company licence renewals and government-related documentation. Maintain accurate records of visas, permits, licences, and government documents. Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewal of company and employee documents. Coordinate medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications, and other employee government formalities. Liaise with government departments and external service providers when required. Provide guidance to HR and management regarding government procedures and requirements. Ensure all PRO activities comply with applicable UAE regulations and company procedures. Prepare and submit required applications, forms, letters, and supporting documents. Follow up on pending government transactions and provide regular status updates to HR/management. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company documents. Perform other government-relations duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred. 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in construction or contracting. Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labour, immigration, and government procedures. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving licence is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office and online government portals. Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
