Process and manage employee visas: new applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
Handle labour quota applications and approvals through the Tasheel platform, aligned with project contracts and trade licence activities.
Liaise directly with GDRFA, MOHRE, Dubai Immigration, and other government departments to resolve issues and expedite approvals.
Manage labour card issuance, work permits, and Emirates ID applications/renewals.
Ensure Wage Protection System (WPS) and labour law compliance across all employee categories.
Coordinate document attestation, notarization, and translation with relevant authorities and embassies.
Support Taqyeem inspections and office/site evaluations tied to quota approvals.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all visa, labour, and compliance documentation.
Advise HR and management on regulatory changes affecting immigration and labour policy.
Manage relationships with typing centres, government portals, and outsourced service providers as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of PRO experience in the UAE, ideally within construction, engineering, marine works, or a related large-scale project environment.
Strong, current working knowledge of GDRFA and MOHRE procedures, portals, and documentation requirements.
Proven experience managing bulk labour quotas and large workforce visa processing
Valid UAE driving licence (own vehicle preferred).
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive applications simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective government liaison
Prior experience working with Chinese enterprises or state-owned companies is a plus.
