About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Public Relations Officer with 3 to 5 years of UAE experience, preferably within the construction sector. The candidate must be capable of handling all government-related processes independently, without relying on typing centers.
Key Responsibilities
Processing new visas, renewals, cancellations, and visa stamping through Smart Channel
Booking and managing medical fitness tests and biometric appointments via the Salem system
Handling Emirates ID applications, labor contracts, and immigration approvals
Coordinating with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, DED, and other government authorities
Ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations
Maintaining accurate records and tracking all application statuses
Managing license renewals, establishment card updates, and related documentation
Mandatory Experience & Skills
3 to 5 years UAE PRO experience
Strong knowledge of Smart Channel visa processing
Hands-on experience with Salem system for medical and biometrics
Ability to manage all processes independently (no typing center support)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Construction sector experience is an advantage
