Responsibilities:
Manage the relationship between the company and various government organizations and authorities.
Provide timely and efficient services related to government-related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Immigration, Ministry of Labor and consulates, and Business Licenses.
Act as a key interface between the company and the government, ensuring that all requirements are met and all necessary documentation is in order.
Respond effectively to the demands of the businesses, employees, and their families, and provide expert advice on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all the services provided.
Stay up-to-date with the ever-changing government rules and regulations, and be able to manage urgent tasks with short notice.
Evaluate, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PRO in a business setup company in UAE, with a strong understanding of government organizations
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
Good influencing skills.
Good computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
