| Description | : We are seeking a highly experienced PRO with strong working knowledge of GDRFA, MOHRE, Immigration, and UAE labor/legal systems. The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage all government-related processes, ensure full compliance, and handle documentation without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all GDRFA and Immigration processes (visa issuance, renewal, cancellation, status changes)
Handle MOHRE transactions (labor contracts, work permits, approvals, cancellations)
Process employment visas, Emirates ID, medical, and labor cards
Coordinate with free zones, DED, and other government authorities
Maintain accurate records of employee visas, permits, and expiry tracking
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and immigration regulations
Liaise with internal HR for onboarding/offboarding requirements
Handle any legal documentation, attestations, and government approvals
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as PRO
Strong hands-on experience with:
GDRFA systems
MOHRE portal
Immigration procedures and labor law compliance
Must be familiar with Dubai government platforms and legal processes
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
Strong coordination and communication skills
Arabic speaking is an advantage
