| Description | : A.K.X Investments LLC is looking for a highly experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have around 5 years of UAE experience as a PRO and strong knowledge of handling government-related processes, visa matters, trade licenses, labour and immigration documentation, and company legal formalities.
Candidates with previous experience in an investment company or group of companies will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour/immigration procedures
Handle trade license renewals, company registrations, amendments, and approvals
Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Dubai Economy, Emirates ID, Medical, and other government authorities
Process employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and labour contracts
Maintain and track all company legal documents and ensure timely renewal
Handle attestation, notarization, government submissions, and official documentation
Ensure compliance with all UAE legal and regulatory requirements
Support management with all government-related matters for company operation
