| Description | : We are looking for a skilled PRO (Public Relations Officer) with solid experience in UAE freezone setups, government transactions, and company documentation processes. The ideal candidate must be confident, organised, and able to handle all government portals efficiently.
Requirements :
2–3 years UAE experience as a PRO
English speaking and writting skills are mandatory & Arabic (preferable)
Experience in Freezone company setup, license renewals, visa process, immigration, labour & other government portals
Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and documentation
Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all visa applications, renewals, cancellations
Managing Emirates ID, labour & immigration procedures
Coordinating with Dubai Freezones / other Freezones for new company setup, amendments, and license processes
Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking updates
Ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with government regulations
Supporting management with any additional government-related tasks

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
