| Description | : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Setup Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company formation and be well-versed in UAE laws and regulations related to business setup and government procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 -4* years of experience* in company formation within the UAE, preferably with a well-established business setup firm.
In-depth knowledge of company formation procedures across all legal structures in accordance with UAE legislation.
Expert-level understanding of Abu Dhabi & Dubai -specific labor and immigration laws and processes.
Hands-on experience in document clearance, from initial application to final license issuance.
Proficient in handling PRO services, including visa processing, government approvals, labor cards, and establishment card applications.
Strong familiarity with UAE labor and immigration regulations, as well as procedures of various government authorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
