| Description | : The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related transactions, regulatory processes, and compliance requirements for InvestMenter Real Estate and InvestMenter Corporate Services Provider across the UAE.
The role ensures full compliance with UAE laws governing real estate brokerage, company formation, investor structuring, residency programs (including Golden Visa), labour regulations, and immigration matters.
The PRO supports business continuity, investor onboarding, workforce planning, and new company setups through structured documentation control, proactive renewal management, and effective liaison with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Services – Company Formation & Structuring
Mainland company formation and license issuance through relevant Economic Departments
Free zone company formation, renewals, and amendments across major UAE free zones
Activity additions and license modifications
Commercial name reservation and approvals
MOA / AOA drafting coordination and notarisation
Shareholder structure amendments and resolutions
Power of Attorney drafting and notarisation
Corporate restructuring and branch setup support
Corporate Tax and VAT registration coordination in alignment with Finance
Liquidation, deregistration, and company closure processes
2. Golden Visa & Investor Immigration Services
End-to-end processing of UAE Golden Visas via:
Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP)
General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)
Eligibility assessment for investors, property owners, entrepreneurs, and executives
Property-linked Golden Visa coordination
Investor visa processing
Partner visas and family sponsorships
Visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes
Establishment card issuance and renewals
Emirates ID processing
Medical fitness coordination
Overstay monitoring and fine avoidance
3. Real Estate Regulatory Compliance
Broker permit applications and renewals with relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authorities
Broker card issuance and renewals
Real estate certification exam coordination (e.g., RERA-equivalent requirements)
Advertising permit applications and renewals
Maintain updated tracker for all active real estate agents
Ensure brokerage compliance with licensing regulations
4. Labour & Workforce Compliance
Work permit applications and labour contract processing via
Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
Labour contract amendments and renewals
Commission-based contract processing for brokers
WPS registration and payroll alignment
Visa quota planning across mainland and free zone entities
Exit processing including visa cancellations and final settlements
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law timelines
5. Free Zone & Mainland Regulatory Coordination
Liaise with free zone authorities for:
License issuance and renewals
Immigration services
Establishment cards
Office lease documentation requirements
Manage documentation required for flexi-desk, serviced office, and physical office setups
Monitor free zone regulatory changes impacting clients
Support clients with regulatory advisory for choosing jurisdiction (mainland vs. free zone)
6. Compliance Tracking & Governance
Maintain centralized compliance tracker covering:
Trade licenses (mainland & free zone)
Broker permits
Visas & Golden Visas
Establishment cards
Corporate approvals
Monitor expiries 60–90 days in advance
Maintain digital and physical statutory files
Ensure audit readiness across all entities
Provide monthly compliance and risk exposure reports to management
Escalate risks proactively before penalties occur
7. Expansion & Multi-Entity Support
Support new branch setup and license expansion
Coordinate regulatory approvals aligned with business expansion plans
Assist in structuring new Corporate Services offerings
Support manpower forecasting aligned with visa quotas
Ensure documentation readiness for investor onboarding
8. Advisory & Internal Support
Act as the internal government relations expert for both Real Estate and Corporate Services divisions
Advise Sales and Corporate Consultants on:
Company formation timelines
Golden Visa eligibility
Visa quota availability
Compliance risks
Provide structured guidance to investors and clients
Stay updated on regulatory updates affecting:
Real estate brokerage
Corporate structuring
Immigration & Golden Visa frameworks
Free zone regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years PRO experience in the UAE
Strong experience handling: Mainland company formation, Free zone licensing processes, Golden Visa applications, Immigration systems (ICP / GDRFA) and MOHRE labour contracts
Experience in real estate brokerage sector preferred
Experience in corporate services or business setup consultancy highly preferred
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Arabic speaking preferred
Strong documentation and compliance management skills
Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines simultaneously
