Description : Full job description Location: Dubai, UAE Reports to: HR/ Finance Department: Central Services Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Lifestyle Concepts Employment Type: Full-time Role Purpose The PRO is responsible for managing all government-related processes across corporate, licensing, visas, immigration, and regulatory approvals. The role ensures full compliance with UAE laws, timely renewals, accurate documentation, and proactive risk management, while supporting business operations, workforce planning, and multi-unit expansion. Key Responsibilities Corporate, Licensing & Legal Documentation Trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and activity additions Commercial name reservation and updates Branch and outlet license applications MOA / AOA notarisation and amendments Brand name registrations and renewals Power of Attorney notarisation where required Coordination support for Corporate Tax and VAT registrations, in alignment with Finance Maintain accurate corporate records and approvals across all entities Visas & Immigration End-to-end employee visa processing, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, transfers, and status changes Partner and investor visa processing Establishment card issuance and renewals Emirates ID applications and renewals Medical fitness test coordination Visa quota planning per entity and outlet Overstay prevention and fine avoidance through proactive monitoring Coordination with MOHRE, GDRFA, and immigration authorities Labour & WPS Compliance MOHRE work permits and labour contract processing Contract amendments and updates WPS registration and employee enrolment support Coordination on salary file alignment with visa data Support gratuity and labour compliance alignment during exits Ensure legal compliance with UAE Labour Law timelines and requirements Municipality, F&B & Operational Approvals Municipality approvals per outlet Food trade license approvals Food safety permits Food handler cards for staff Restaurant classification approvals Signage permits Pest control and waste management approvals Alcohol Licensing Alcohol permit applications and renewals Authority coordination and compliance tracking Document Control & Compliance Tracking Maintain a central tracker for all licenses, visas, permits, and approvals Monitor expiry dates with alerts 60–90 days in advance Maintain digital and physical copies of all government documents Provide brand-wise and outlet-wise compliance status reports Ensure audit readiness at all times Expansion & Multi-Unit Support Support new outlet openings with all required approvals Apply emirate-specific knowledge (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK) Coordinate approvals in line with PMO timelines Support manpower planning for new entities and outlets Reporting & Risk Management Provide regular status updates to HR on visas, renewals, and risks Provide mandatory compliance and fine exposure reporting to Finance Escalate risks proactively before penalties or delays occur Support leadership with accurate regulatory insights Advisory & Internal Support Act as the internal expert on government procedures and requirements Advise HR on hiring feasibility, timelines, and compliance risks Support employees with visa-related guidance Stay updated on regulatory changes and flag impact early Candidate Requirements Must have a car and a driving licence Ideally speaking Arabic Should have experience working for Abu Dhabi licencing
