The role involves handling employee visa and labor processes, managing Emiratization targets, overseeing company license renewals, and coordinating the waiver of fines when applicable.
The Company PRO will officially represent the organization before all relevant government entities, assist authorities during inspections, and ensure timely completion of all documentation in line with current UAE laws.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing), possess strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, and demonstrate excellent coordination and follow-up skills. |
