| Description | : GenZone is hiring a Dubai-based PRO to assist clients in person with medical tests, biometrics, and residency-related government procedures.
Responsibilities:
Accompany clients to medical fitness centers and biometrics appointments
Coordinate Emirates ID, visa, and residency-related processes
Act as the point of contact between clients and government authorities
Ensure documents are prepared and submitted correctly
Provide professional, in-person client support
Requirements:
Prior PRO or government services experience in the UAE
Familiar with medical, biometrics, and Emirates ID processes
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Based in Dubai or available immediately
