What is your role:
Has a positive attitude and delivers consistently 100% customer satisfaction by providing an amazing and great experience of their stay.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation that aiming provide accommodation for all kinds of guest. (Booking, replying to all AIR BNB messages as well as other portals, Guest check-in and checkout, unit maintenance if any, laundry services, all kinds of guest requests pertaining to their stay, sanitization, health, and safety measures, making sure all units are in good and tidy condition)
Updating the monthly calendar (availability of units, maintenance or renovation works required.
To contribute and play a major role in the holiday homes expansion by adding more properties under short-term rentals, getting more clients for short-term rentals, and monitoring the price competition in the market.
What we provide:
AED 3,500 – 5,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + Attractive and competitive commission structure.
2 Week initial training program with regular ongoing training in both 1to1 and group environments
Full administration support
In-house marketing support including professional photographer and videographer

What we need:
Experience in Dubai Real Estate 2+ years (Holidays Homes| Short-term Rentals)
RERA Certification is an advantage.
Proven track record
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of the UAE property market
Proactive and goal-driven
Honest and trustworthy
Preferably with driving license and own car
