The Sales Promoter at Fresh Express is responsible for driving product awareness and sales in retail stores by engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and encouraging purchases. They play a crucial role in enhancing product visibility, engaging customers, and driving sales of Fresh Express products. This role involves working closely with store management and marketing teams to execute promotional activities and maximize sales potential. The position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to effectively promote and sell food products.
Key Accountabilities:
Actively engage with customers to promote Fresh Express products.
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
Offer product samples and conduct live demonstrations to encourage trial and purchase.
Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring they are attractive and well-stocked.
Distribute promotional materials and provide information on special offers and discounts.
Communicate product information accurately and confidently to customers.
Answer customer queries and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Track and report sales performance and customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Monitor inventory levels of promotional products and coordinate with store staff for restocking.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including promotional displays and demo stations
