| Description | : We are looking for a skilled Automotive Glass Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle glass with precision and high-quality workmanship. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass.
Perform stone chip and crack repairs.
Remove and refit glass using proper tools, equipment, and adhesive materials.
Apply primers, urethane adhesives, mouldings, and seals as required.
Conduct ADAS camera and sensor calibration (if applicable).
Inspect completed work to ensure the highest safety and quality standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide professional service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an automotive glass fitter/technician.
Strong knowledge of vehicle glass types, adhesives, and installation procedures.
Ability to use specialized tools (suction cups, cutting wires, removal tools, etc.).
Understanding of safety standards and curing times.
Physically fit and able to handle heavy glass panels.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
UAE experience preferred (optional).
