Role: B2B Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential B2B clients across retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Procurement, and Project Managers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals.
Drive lead generation through cold calls, emails, networking, and client visits.
Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and project summaries.
Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Achieve monthly sales and billing targets in coordination with the sales and production teams.
Requirements:
Skills: Proactive, Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple clients, and proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Preferred Background: Experience in retail branding, signage, joinery, or fit-out industry (B2B environment).
Education: BBA/MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6–10 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Driving License: UAE Driving License & Car is Must.
