Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors for air conditioning equipment sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions, including VRF systems and DX units, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive sales experience in air conditioning equipment within the UAE market, with a strong preference for experience in Abu Dhabi.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of VRF systems and DX units, their applications, and technical specifications.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
