Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech preferred)

Responsibilities:
Ensure progress of the works is achieved through safety standards, within time, budget, and quality requirements.
Prepare Bill of Quantity
Effectively mobilize projects, briefing project teams on requirements, standards, and deadlines.
Coordinate site permits, authority permits, and manpower arrangements, ensuring timely availability of all resources.
Liaise with technical teams for approval of shop drawings and materials submittals.
Collaborate with commercial teams to appoint subcontractors and finalize rates and payment terms.
Update project programs and prepare weekly progress reports for internal and client review.
Identify and manage variations, ensuring approval and adherence to commercial processes.
Provide task breakdowns to the team and ensure execution of works.
Convey necessary technical information from the site team to stakeholders.
Chair internal and external meetings, maintaining meeting minutes.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is done according to quality and safety standards.
Effectively manage and control subcontractors.
Verify invoices submitted by assigned subcontractors.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are delivered as per approved drawings and site measurements.
