ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who specializes in fit-out and joinery projects and thrives on delivering complex commercial and residential construction projects. You'll be managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure flawless execution from concept to handover.
This role requires hands-on project management experience in the construction and fit-out industry, with the technical expertise to review drawings, manage contractors, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
YOU'RE PERFECT FOR COZY HOMES IF...
o You have 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects.
o You are proficient in AutoCAD and can review technical drawings, floor plans, and design specifications with confidence.
o You have a valid UAE driving license and are comfortable traveling to client sites across Dubai and the surrounding emirates.
o You love coordinating multiple moving parts - from contractors to suppliers to delivery schedules.
o You have excellent communication skills and can manage client expectations while keeping projects on track.
o You are naturally organized and thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail matters.
o You have experience managing budgets, timelines, and quality control for project delivery
o You enjoy problem-solving and can think creatively when challenges arise during project execution.
o You are comfortable working with diverse teams, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
o You understand joinery work, carpentry, and commercial fit-out processes.
o You have strong knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality approvals, and safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Coordination
Manage multiple fit-out and joinery projects from mobilization to handover.
Review AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate all construction phases.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Site Management & Supervision
Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project execution.
Resolve technical issues and construction challenges as they arise.
Ensure all work complies with UAE building codes and safety regulations.
Contractor & Supplier Coordination
Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate material deliveries and installation schedules to avoid project delays.
Monitor quality of work and ensure all installations meet Cozy Homes' high standards.
Resolve any issues that arise during construction or installation phases.
Site Management & Quality Control
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality standards.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Document project progress through photos and detailed reports.
Coordinate final inspections and client handovers.
Budget & Timeline Management
Track project budgets and ensure costs stay within approved parameters
Review and process contractor invoices and payment certificates
Prepare cost estimates and change orders when required
Maintain detailed records of all project expenses and timelines
