Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of contact for the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities.
Prepare, review, and process contracts, quotations, and proposals with accuracy.
Maintain and update systems and sales records for reporting and compliance.
Support management in preparing sales performance reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven background in sales administration, office coordination, or corporate support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
