| Description | : We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Executive with a strong background in Public Relations and Influencer Marketing to join the YAY launch team. You will play a key role in shaping the public image of YAY, managing media relationships, and building authentic influencer collaborations to boost our brand visibility and engagement across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute PR strategies to support the launch and growth of YAY.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and content creators.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with YAY’s brand values and target audience.
Lead influencer marketing campaigns from briefing and negotiations to content delivery and reporting.
Monitor media coverage and create regular reports on PR and influencer performance.
Draft press releases, media kits, talking points, and brand stories.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, and product) to ensure brand consistency.
Handle crisis communication professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Attend events, product launches, and media engagements as a brand representative.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in PR and/or influencer marketing (preferably in lifestyle, tech, or digital sectors).
Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the UAE/GCC market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus).
Strong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using influencer platforms, PR tools, and campaign analytics dashboards.
Passion for digital trends, social media, and brand storytelling.
