JSR Global Vacation Home Rentals LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive bookings for our luxury holiday homes in Dubai. As a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry, you will play a key role in identifying and establishing relationships with key corporate clients, including relocation agencies, travel management companies, and multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Bookings Management: Work diligently to collect bookings from various local channels and partners.
Relationship Building: Identify and establish strong relationships with key corporate clients, including relocation agencies, travel management companies, and multinational corporations.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of potential corporate clients.
Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote JSR Global Vacation Home Rentals LLC and generate new leads.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the Hotel Apartment or Serviced Apartment industry.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate accommodation market in the UAE.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales progress.
