Description | : Skyline Serenity is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator – Accounting & Operations to manage both administrative and financial functions within our growing hospitality business. This hybrid role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and confident juggling office coordination and day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
As part of a dynamic and fast paced team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth internal operations and ensuring the financial accuracy as we continue to scale our luxury holiday home portfolio across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration and ensure efficient operations
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Maintain up to date financial records including ledgers, cash book, and petty cash
Reconcile bank statements and manage company expenses
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits when needed
Handle employee documentation, leave records, and onboarding files
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers
Support VAT filings and compliance with UAE financial regulations
Manage inventory of office supplies and place replenishment orders
Provide ad hoc administrative or financial support to senior management
Organize and maintain confidential company files (digital and physical)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role in the UAE
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT filing, and financial documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and basic HR protocols is a plus
Immediate availability preferred
