What You’ll Drive
Flawless guest experiences from check-in to check-out
Real time issue resolution and exceptional guest communication
Scheduling, leading, and training cleaning and maintenance teams
Inspections and quality checks across all Skyline Serenity units
Daily tracking of linen, inventory, toiletries, and essentials
Maintaining SOPs, resolving vendor issues, and ensuring property readiness
Working closely with finance, customer service, and listings team
Streamlining operations and constantly improving what “great” looks like
What You Need to Bring
Minimum 5-7 years in hospitality or property operations
Team leadership and resource coordination experience
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong time management
Working knowledge of PMS tools, Excel/Sheets, and digital checklists
A valid UAE driver’s license is highly preferred
Willingness to be hands-on and work flexible hours when needed
