The candidate should:
· Play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing their travel arrangements.
· Your responsibilities will involve issuing tickets, processing reservations, and ensuring passengers have a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.
Requirements and skills
Keen eye for accuracy when processing tickets and handling customer information.
Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing softwares like Amadeus, Galileo and basic office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
