We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Airbnb Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Management:
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for guests.
Welcome guests upon arrival, provide property tours, and explain house rules.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests before, during, and after their stay.
Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and provide swift resolutions.
Property Maintenance and Inspections:
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all properties are in top condition.
Identify and address maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with service providers as needed.
Monitor for damages or missing items after each guest checkout and report accordingly.
Manage the upkeep of appliances, furniture, and utilities to ensure optimal functionality.
Cleaning and Inventory Management:
Schedule and supervise cleaning teams to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Conduct final checks to ensure properties are guest-ready before check-ins.
Monitor and replenish inventory, including toiletries, linens, and other guest supplies.
Driving and On-Site Support:
Drive to various properties across Dubai to handle urgent matters or meet guests.
Ensure timely delivery of keys, supplies, or replacement items as needed.
Be on-call to handle emergencies, such as lockouts or urgent maintenance issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in airbnb property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for record-keeping.
Valid UAE driving license
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
