| Description | : We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai Mainland. The PRO will be responsible for managing all official government-related processes, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and providing administrative support for visa and licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Government Liaison:
Handle all interactions with government authorities, including DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant departments.
Ensure timely processing of trade licenses, visa applications, work permits, renewals, and cancellations.
Compliance:
Stay updated with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and any changes in government policies.
Advise management on legal and compliance requirements for operations in Dubai Mainland.
Documentation:
Prepare, submit, and manage all official documents, including applications, approvals, and renewals.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all company-related legal documents.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or delays related to government processes.
Act as the point of contact for external audits or inspections.
Employee Support:
Assist employees with medical tests, Emirates ID applications, health insurance, and other residency-related requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a PRO in Dubai Mainland.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online government portals like GDRFA and MOHRE.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
