The Candidate must be able to cover the below listed duties & responsibilities with a proven records from past experiences.
Your Tasks:
Engage with clients and provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels such as Emails, WhatsApp, social media & Phone Calls.
Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products/services
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement.
Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including basic social media content planning and execution.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide customers with the latest information.
Perform Monthly inventory checking and provide related reports accurately.
Full fill Online Orders and coordinate with different couriers to ship the packages out on time.
Handle customer complaints and resolve them in professional way.
Provide the different reports to management on time as per the requirements.
Your Profile:
Preferred for previous Experience in Online Stores & E-Commerce.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in sales and customer service roles.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards improving customer experience.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when needed
