We are looking for a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team and manage all public relations and governmental procedures.
Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and liaising with various governmental departments. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company’s operations comply with all UAE laws and regulations, manage employee visas and permits, and maintain positive relationships with governmental entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and handle all visa, labor, and immigration formalities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and governmental regulations.
- Submit, follow up, and gather all new work and business visas for employees.
- Facilitate the renewal of visas, medicals, Emirates ID, and labor contracts.
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding new laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records related to government regulations and requirements.
- Handle company registration and renewals, trade licenses, and other legal documentation.
- Liaise with various government departments such as immigration, labor, and economic departments.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on government-related procedures and requirements.
- Manage and oversee all government relations activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
