: Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Provide information about the company's real estate services and offerings.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update communication records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration; additional education in sales or relevant fields is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
